We at American Dream Pizza are happy to be part of the Corvallis community. Corvallis owned and operated since 1989, we make some of the tastiest Pizza Pie on the planet, and we continue to work hard to do so. We chop our veggies fresh daily, and prepare our pizza sauces and salad dressings from scratch. Our pizza dough is a cherished third generation family recipe. We mix it with care using the Northwest’s finest non-GMO flours from Pendleton Flour Mills. To compliment our Pizza, we offer outrageous salads, monster calzones, delectable breadsticks and hot-from-the-oven chocolate chip cookies.

Both the Downtown Dream and the Campus Dream are comfortable and entertaining spaces for you to enjoy your food, drink, and excellent service. In good weather, the Downtown Dream has Rooftop seating for families where you can eat perched over town. The Rooftop is also home to the Crow’s Nest, Corvallis’ only Rooftop bar. At the Campus Dream, Handlebar has a 5-seat outside bar with heat and a roof. If you’d rather call in for free pizza delivery, expect your order to arrive in good time, with courteousness and care.

We have three bars between the two Dreams – Crowbar, Handlebar and Crow’s Nest – that pour a seasonal variety of local and regional microbrews and ciders, including tasty pints from Sky High Brewing, our sister pub. Our barkeeps craft handmade cocktails using our own infused spirits and recipes. Handlebar offers two flavors of house-made Slushies and cans Crowlers so you can take all of our beers to-go.

As our customer at the Dream you’ll get fast and friendly service, hear good music, be surrounded by art, drink great beer and eat well. You can eat in peace knowing we do our best to be an environmentally friendly shop – we recycle, compost, capture heat off our pizza ovens for hot water, donate our cooking oils for bio-fuels and drive two 100% electric Nissan Leafs to deliver pizza. No emissions! Speaking of which, in 2020 through the Blue Sky program with Pacific Power we reduced our carbon footprint by 121,486 lbs.

American Dream Pizza is deeply committed to keep local money local, so it’s no surprise that we have our fingers in a lot of pies around town. Founders Scott McFarland and Sebastian Malinow combined talents in 1985 to create the first American Dream Pizza in NE Portland. Inspiration came from Portland’s original pizzeria, Caro Amico, part of Scott’s family since Grandpa Fred Baker opened the restaurant in 1949. Caro Amico is now a Portland landmark, owned and operated by Scott’s Mom, Elsie Baker McFarland. The partners followed their Portland shop by launching the Campus Dream in Corvallis in 1989. In 2004, McFarland opened the Downtown Dream in Corvallis with partner Mark O’Brien. McFarland and O’Brien teamed up with Brian Bovee in 2012 and opened our sister brewery Sky High Brewing and Pub in downtown Corvallis.
