After months of mixing and baking we’ve come up with a Gluten Free Pizza crust that we think is dream worthy.  We hope you will too!

We make our Gluten Free Pizza dough with these flours: sorghum, tapioca, sweet rice, brown rice, white rice and millet.  While we take great care in handling our Gluten Free dough and have instituted make-line and oven procedures to keep contamination at bay, it is important for you the customer to know that we work in a flour environment. 

PLEASE BE AWARE that we cannot guarantee that our Gluten Free Pizza is totally free of possible wheat flour contamination and we assume no responsibility that may result.
